Why me
I thought "if I can just get through this, we'll be okay"

My brother took his life in front of a train. My marriage was crumbling. And I was in the kitchen, being told to leave.

Invoice it through your business. Training and coaching qualifies as leadership and performance development in most UK businesses, which means it can be invoiced to your company as a tax efficient investment. Ask when we speak.

Before the work starts you answer a set of questions and we go through onboarding together. It becomes obvious quickly whether this is right for you.
If it is not, I will say so, I will point you at something that will serve you better, and your investment is refunded in full.

Why 1:1 rather than the group?
The group is the right entry for many men, and it is cheaper. Elite is for the man who wants the work built entirely around him, at his pace, going straight at what is true for him, with direct access to me throughout. No waiting for a cohort, no hiding at the back. A personal connection, and you still get complete access to the other men and the group events.
Twelve weeks is longer than FORGE. Why?
Because we are not running a syllabus. In a group the weeks are the structure. One to one, the weeks bend around what is actually happening in your life, and that takes a little longer and goes a lot deeper. In the later weeks there is also more focus on you applying the new system and the results that come from it.
What if I miss a session?
Your coaching sessions need to be a priority. Mastering and managing your schedule is part of the work. That said, things do come up, and some flexibility is available if you need to move a session.
What happens after the twelve weeks?
Twelve weeks is enough to make the shift and start living as the High Value Man. What holds it is the room you stay in afterwards. KOLA is there when you want it, and nobody is asked to decide on it up front.
I have already done a lot of work on myself. Why is this different?
Good, you will get more from this work. What is different about High Value Man is that the work is designed around men showing up in their lives and focusing on the specific areas that give men their energy, connection and joy. This is a new level of understanding for men and it is totally freeing. It's not something you learn, it is something you become.
How much time does it take?
Less time than the collateral damage from your current way of being is using up. One 60 minute call a week and some short daily adjustments to your current routine.
