How the year runs
Eight week sprints. Plan. Execute. Review. Repeat.
The KOLA Boardroom, every eight weeks. Six a year, in person.
Each one does two jobs. You review the sprint you have just finished, honestly, in front of men who will call it. Then you set the next eight weeks against your twelve month targets. It is a boardroom, not a retreat. You walk in with your numbers and you walk out with your next move.
In between, the room does the work. Your goals set and supported by the group. A mastermind that looks at your problem with twenty other brains. Introductions to the people who can move your business and your life on. And when a man in the room hits something hard, the whole room rallies round him.

*The four events are the part the founding group shapes together. Format, dates, location and what each one costs to attend are worked out with the men in the room, and travel and accommodation are your own. That is a big part of why the founding year is priced at £1,200.
The founding group
You get everything for just £1,200
Starts 1 November 2026. After the founding year, the standard rate is £250 a month. It is the first year, so it is priced like the first year. The men who come in now are the men who shape what KOLA becomes.
Invoice it through your business. KOLA qualifies as training and development through Hero Education Limited, which makes it tax efficient in the UK.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to come to everything?
No. The Boardroom is the one to protect, because that is where your targets get set and reviewed. The events are there to enjoy. Nobody is counting.
I cannot make it in person very often.
The weekly calls, the guest experts and the rotation are all online. The Boardroom is where the magic happens, so come to as many as you can, but a man who makes four of six still gets the year.
What happens after the founding year?
It moves to the standard rate of £250 a month. You will know well before then whether it is worth it.
Is this for FORGE and Elite graduates only?
Yes. KOLA works because every man in the room has installed the same system. That is what makes it different from every other men's group.
